- Focus on what the pros do to create authority and energy in front of the room
- Learn how to incorporate personal stories to create memories and tie them to learning point(s)
- Learn how to analyze the audience, handle question and answer sessions like a pro, get people to make commitments and leave them with something valuable
- Understand behavior styles and how they can impact presentation styles
