Federal Dissatisfaction and Departure of Generation Y


Generation Y (the generation born in the 1980’s and 1990’s) are leaving the federal workforce at a rate higher than all other generations combined. Why is Generation Y choosing to leave the federal workforce? What can the we do to convince Generation Y to stay or come back to the federal public sector?
