In this video, Dr. Melanie Cohen, IT Strategist with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, interviews Dr. Miguel Olivas-Lujan, Professor of Management and Marketing at Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a founding member of the Evidence-Based Management (EMBgt) collaborative.
