What it is
Take the 30 Day CLEAR Challenge and improve your workplace environment. Through analysis of NPS FEVS data, the CLEAR Framework identifies five attributes (Communications, Leadership Orientation, Empowerment, Accountability, and Recognition) that, if consistently applied, result in a more engaged workforce. Each of the 30 activities relates to an attribute of the CLEAR framework. When these 5 attributes exist, higher levels of employee satisfaction are the result.
You may take this 30 Day CLEAR Challenge as an individual, a group of employees, or as an entire park unit. After you complete each activity and again at the end of the month, take a moment to observe and reflect on the effects of your actions. Can you see a positive change in your work environment?
