CADR Virtual Training Opportunities


The DOI Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution (CADR) provides specialized conflict management and communications skills training for all DOI employees. Take a look at some of CADR’s upcoming virtual offerings that may be of interest below.

Getting to the CORE of Conflict and Communications

Keep a lookout for CADR’s upcoming announcement on our virtual Getting to the CORE of Conflict and Communications training that is being offered June 9, 10, and 11.

Virtual Resilience Café

Please join CADR for the weekly one-hour Virtual Resilience Café (VRC):  Wednesdays, starting March 25, 2020 at 12:00pm EDT.  The VRC is an hour-long session designed to enhance employee resilience through mindfulness-oriented skill building and build community in these particularly uncertain and unprecedented times. The VRC is open to all DOI employees; no sign-up is required in advance.

Virtual Facilitation Training

This will be a training on how to facilitate virtual meetings.  It is under development and dates are TBD.

CADR’s Biennial CORE PLUS Workshop

This workshop begins on April 14th and will be offered over multiple sessions in a virtual format.  The target audience for the workshop is DOI’s workplace conflict management practitioner community, e.g., collateral duty mediators and facilitators, rather than a more general audience.
