Association for Preservation Technology (APT)

Overview

The Association for Preservation Technology (APT) is a cross-disciplinary, membership association founded in 1968. The membership of APT includes architects, conservators, curators, landscape architects, engineers, tradespeople, contractors, program managers, students and others involved in preservation, conservation and treatment of historic properties. APT’s mission is “to advance the application of traditional and contemporary technology appropriate to conservation of the built environment and the cultural resources that contribute to its significance”.
