Located just one mile from the rim of the Grand Canyon, Albright Training Center’s Student Residences provide comfortable lodging for those attending residential training at Albright or in the area on official business.
Our Student Residences
We have five apartment buildings on campus, providing a total of 70 studio apartment units. Residences include a queen bed, study/work area, full bathroom, kitchenette and network connections (government computers only). Hotspot internet access is available in all residence buildings for non-government computers. We provide a two burner stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, linens and towels, pots and pans, dishware, glassware and utensils in each apartment.
There are no televisions in the student residences.
Located on the first floor of Student Residence Building D, Karraker Lounge provides a common space for student residents to relax, socialize, cook and eat. The Lounge has a full kitchen, satellite television, internet access, board and outdoor games, tables and chairs and an outdoor grill area.
Our Student Residences provide free laundry facilities in Residence Buildings B and E, which includes washers, dryers, detergent, irons, ironing boards and drying racks. Upon request, we can provide additional space heaters, fans, portable cribs and A/C units.
Our fire pit is available for groups with the approval of the Superintendent, provided we are not currently under fire restrictions.
We have some accessible residence units with adjoining caregiver rooms and can accommodate service animals.
Please indicate on your lodging request form if you require an accessible room or adjoining room or will be bringing a service animal to stay with you.
