Albright Training Center Classroom Resources

Kowski Hall Overview

Albright Training Center provides state-of-the-art training and conference room facilities for use by federal and state government and private sector groups. Our three classrooms and conference rooms allow large and small groups to hold training sessions, meetings and conferences just one mile from the rim of the Grand Canyon.

Classrooms 1 and 2 have ceiling mounted projectors, retractable screens, Smartboards, DVD players, video conferencing, satellite broadcasts, Powerpoint presentation tools and the capability to record classroom sessions. These classrooms can accommodate up to 68 people; however, with classroom tables, chairs, and associated materials, we recommend no more than 50 students per classrooms.

Classroom 3 seats up to 26 people and offers a projector screen, whiteboards and Powerpoint presentation tools.

Our Conference Rooms

Our main conference room seats 12 people comfortably and offers audio conferencing and can view activities in classrooms 1 and 2. The room can be divided into two meeting spaces for smaller groups. We also have smaller breakout rooms and a library for smaller groups and individual workspace.

Additional Amenities

Kowski Hall also offers a full kitchen, an outdoor grill space, and fire pit (Superintendent approval required).

Student Residences

If your event or training would require participants to stay in the Albright Student Residences, contact Albright_Campus@nps.gov to discuss your needs. Lodging rates reflect current GSA per diem rates for Grand Canyon, Arizona.

How do I host a training or event at Albright Training Center?

To reserve or check availability on our classroom or conference room space, please contact our Lodging Coordinator at 928-638-7984 or email at albright_campus@nps.gov. NPS Servicewide and Learning and Development programs will receive priority scheduling.

Please let us know what resources you will require during your event (classroom space, conference space, technological needs, video conferencing capabilities, etc.) and any special needs you or your participants may require. We strive to meet the needs of our guests and hope to make your training event as successful as possible.
