I really appreciate the author’s emphasis on communication, and a leader’s ability to understand a situation before they respond. I was inspired by his statement: “whenever you have to communicate a message, make sure that it is true…well-reasoned, and substantiated by solid…logic. Communication is not about you, your opinions, your positions or your circumstances. It’s about helping others…and adding value to their world.” I will continue to incorporate ideas from this article into my personal communication strategy.
