What We Offer:
The Facility Manager Leaders Program (FMLP) was developed for up and coming Facility Managers to lead responsible stewardship and protection of the assets of the National Park Service (NPS). This award winning curriculum is designed to develop and strengthen the knowledge and competencies of selected NPS employees through a year-long education and training program.  It proactively builds capabilities in asset management, operations and maintenance, project management, resource stewardship, business management, and supervision and leadership.
Learn about the Traditional Trades Advancement Program (TTAP) and the work the current cohort is doing with HPTC this summer.
Gain experience in historic preservation fundamentals, job-site safety principles, material selection & tool use, and the logistics of working on an active job-site through the TTAP program.
